MOSA Community Handbook This handbook provides guidance for organizations under MOSA’s fiscal sponsorship and for community members involved with MOSA-sponsored events. Fiscal Sponsorship What is Fiscal Sponsorship? Fiscal sponsorship allows unincorporated groups or projects to operate under the legal and financial umbrella of an established 501(c)(3) organization (in this case, MOSA).
