Board Responsibilities
The MOSA Board of Directors is responsible for:
- Setting the strategic direction of the organization
- Approving the annual budget and overseeing financial stewardship
- Approving new fiscal sponsorship applications
- Ensuring MOSA fulfills its mission and legal obligations as a 501(c)(3)
- Reviewing and updating organizational policies
Meeting Information
The Board meets regularly throughout the year. Meeting agendas and minutes are posted publicly in keeping with our commitment to transparency.
